William  (Billy) Welsh) also known as Guillermo Gee,  is a Software/Video Game Programmer, Game Developer, DJ,Musician, Writer, Web Designer, Photographer, and Sound Engineer. He has programmed in several different computer languages starting with Basic, C, C# and Assembly since he was 9 years old. He has developed  video games for PC and Android using C++ , Assembly and C#. He has worked with Virtual Reality and UI/UX Design for a number of years. He has published a few games on the internet.  He worked as a freelance Web Designer for 16 years. He has worked in Analytics and Databases, and Systems Administration.. He has worked as a Sound Engineer since 2003 producing radio shows, music albums for radio stations, other artists and  recording studios. He has BA in Agricultural Extension and a minor in Communications. He has an Associates from Dona Ana Community College in Game Design, Creative Media Technology, Art, and Applied Sciences.

He is currently working on publishing games and software design with his own company, Bad Save States LLC . He is also working with other companies and groups to publish and develop software and games that are all inclusive and serve a wide range of people of various needs for all different types of people.
